Free Upgrade to ESET NOD32 Antivirus v3.0

Please note ESET NOD32 Antivirus v3.0 is for computers running Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional, XP and Vista. If you have an older version of Microsoft Windows, you are fully protected by ESET NOD32 v2.7 for the duration of your license.

 

 

 

Username and Password Issues

 

Expired License:
Click on the Purchase Tab and select either New License or Renewal and follow the prompts.
Licenses expired for more than 30 days cannot be renewed!

Problem entering your User Name and Password:
Forward the original License we emailed to you, to our support team. We will check your User Name and Password for validity and email you further instructions.

When emailing our support team, briefly describe your issue and provide the following:
1. First Name
2. Last Name
3. NOD32 User Name - this begins with AV- or EAV-

Your User Name can be found in the NOD32 Control Center>Update>Setup and also in the License we emailed you when you purchased or renewed NOD32.
