If you are unable to access Eset's NOD32 servers to get updates
and have ruled out your firewall as the cause of the problem, you
may have a MS Windows network error called a 'winsock error'. This
MS Windows problem can be repaired using a 'winsock repairer'.
Choose the Winsock Repair Utility to suit your version of
windows, click on the link and run it to repair your 'winsock
error'.
Note that if you are using Windows '98 you will need to have your
Windows '98 CD available.
